- Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Convenient Location – we are immediately adjacent to the 5 Freeway, and about 5-10 minutes away from both the J Street (Chula Vista) and Pepper Park (National City) Boat launch marinas.
- Fenced Facility with Barbed/Razor Wire; video surveillance;
- Gated Card-Controlled Access 365 days a year – from the hours of 5 a.m. until 10 p.m., 365 days a year for pick up and drop off. NO MAINTENANCE is allowed in the yard for security and safety reasons
- Security Lighting –perimeter and interior lighting enhances security for your vehicle
- Air and Potable Water – Fill up on fluids and air before you embark on your next adventure!
- Dump Station (fee-free for tenants, nominal charge for non-tenants) – Dump your RV or Trailer’s holding tanks and safely dispose of waste
- On-Site Boat Washout Station (Please be mindful to conserve water as much as possible)
- On-Site Guest Restroom - code required - contact a team member
Facility’s Fees and Requirements
- Vehicles must be running and in good condition
- Vehicle must be registered and current
- Vehicle must be insured
- Checks/Cash Accepted
- Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex accepted
- Auto-Pay Capable
- Rents due on first of each month (2nd month prorated based on date of entry)
- We require two weeks notice before vacating
- Final month pro-rated based on date of exit
